Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

This Agreement is a valid and binding contract entered into between you and StarS. For any questions, please contact us at: starspace2026@outlook.com.

1. Definitions

1.1 "You" refers to any entity using the service, including individuals, teams, companies, or organizations.

1.2 "Service" refers to the game credits top-up and digital gift card delivery service provided by StarS.

1.3 "Digital Goods" refers to the game credits, tokens, diamonds, or activation codes delivered to you via our Service.

2. Service Fees

2.1 For online orders, billing and settlement follow the display on the order checkout page. All transactions are securely processed via PayPal.

3. Your Rights and Obligations

3.1 Age Restriction: You must be over 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing or purchasing from StarS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We strictly prohibit the use of our services by minors.

3.2 You agree to comply with this Agreement and platform norms. StarS may update these terms; the latest version posted on the official website replaces previous versions.

3.3 You must provide accurate target account information (such as Player ID and Server) before using the Service.

3.4 Service Usage Norms: You guarantee not to use the Service for illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:

  • Prohibited Activity: Violating laws, endangering national security, or engaging in money laundering.
  • System Interference: Attempting to bypass payment gateways, tampering with delivery APIs, or exploiting system bugs.
  • Malicious Chargebacks: Filing false dispute claims with PayPal after Digital Goods have been successfully delivered.

4. Rights and Obligations of StarS

4.1 Data Processing: You authorize StarS to process basic order data (such as Player ID and email) for performance optimization and risk control.

4.2 Service Suspension: StarS may temporarily suspend service or hold your order upon detecting abnormal usage or suspected payment fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 StarS owns all rights to the data and information generated during the operation of this platform, unless otherwise provided by law.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is." While we strive for instant delivery, StarS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to potential third-party game server downtimes.

6.2 Due to the nature of digital goods delivery, StarS cannot fully guarantee the continuous availability of all game APIs.

7. Liability for Breach

7.1 You are solely liable for consequences resulting from your breach of this agreement. You shall indemnify StarS against any third-party claims or lawsuits arising from your fraudulent actions.

8. Complaints and Appeals

8.1 Complaints: If the Service infringes your rights or you experience delivery failures, email starspace2026@outlook.com. We will process it within 5 business days.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong SAR).

Refund Policy

Can I get a refund for my StarS recharge?

If you have purchased a paid service or credits plan, you can apply for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is sent to us within 7 days of purchase.
  • The digital goods or game credits have not been consumed, transferred, or spent in-game.

If you make a refund request after the 7th day after the recharge starts, then we may, at our sole discretion, provide you with a partial refund until you tell us that you have changed your mind.

We strictly DO NOT provide refunds for:

  • Users who played the game for more than 5 minutes after the credits were successfully injected into their account.
  • Enterprise plan users or bulk wholesale orders.
  • Orders where the user manually inputted the wrong Player ID or Server, and the credits were already delivered to that valid (but incorrect) account.
